-Exit the airport and follow the signs to 95 South
-Take 95 South into Connecticut,
EXIT 74 (Route 161 Niantic)
-At the bottom of the exit, TURN RIGHT onto Route 161 South.
-Follow 161 for several miles. When you enter downtown
Niantic, the road will end at the water.
TURN RIGHT onto Main Street.
-Take Main Street to the next stoplight and TURN LEFT onto Black Point Rd
(you will see the “fish school” on the right side of the
street)
-Follow Black
Point Rd past Scotti’s Farm Stand, where the road
curves left under the viaduct.
-Go under viaduct and TURN RIGHT to stay on Black Point Rd.
-At first stop sign, TURN RIGHT onto Old Black Point Rd.
-Continue on Old
Black Point Rd – it will curve to the left, along
the marsh.
-At the first side street (once you are along the marsh) –
TURN LEFT on to Woodland Dr.
(There is a house with a large white balcony on the left side)
-Continue on Woodland
to first stop sign TURN RIGHT onto Sunset Ave.
-Follow Sunset to Sea
Breeze Ave and TURN LEFT.
It is on the left side of the street – a grey house with
black shutters.
