For anyone who hasn’t been to this area, there are a lot of
things to do. Theater, history,
shopping, boating or gambling – you’ll find it all. If it’s warm enough, our beach will be open.
Niantic
Niantic is a village within the town of East Lyme, Connecticut.
The “downtown” area along Main
Street and Pennsylvania Avenue has some nice shops,
a variety of restaurants, an Irish pub (a necessity!), movie theater and a
boardwalk along the bay. More
information: www.DiscoverEastLyme.com
Theater
Damn Yankees will
be playing at the Goodspeed Opera House (Dan’s theatre). Curtain times are Weds/Thus at 2:00 and 7:30, Friday at 8:00 (but you better not go that night!), Saturday at 3:00
and 8:00 and Sunday at 2:00.
We expect the show to be very popular so talk to Dan about getting
tickets in advance. The theatre is 30
minutes from Niantic.
